Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park with an area of 69.42 hectares has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee with a detailed construction plan of 1/2000 scale in Decision No. 271/QD-UBND dated February 8, 2014. Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park is located at Tan Lap commune, Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province has a total leased industrial land area of 52 hectares. The remaining land area is invested in building infrastructure, trees, wastewater treatment plants, etc. Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park is located adjacent to DT741 road, the south is adjacent to asphalt concrete road which is the boundary between 2 provinces of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc and is the gateway of Binh Phuoc to Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City...

Comply with Resolution 02/2020/NQ-HDND dated July 13, 2020 *Apply a tax rate of 17% CIT for a period of 10 years. The first 2 years from the date of receipt of taxable income are 100% exempt, and 50% of the payable tax amount is reduced for the next 4 years. The annual land rental payable to the State will be paid by Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, the land leasing enterprise will not have to pay these expenses like other IPs. In addition, the IP also supports investors in carrying out administrative procedures related to investment in the industrial park with a reasonable and attractive preferential land rental price policy. *Land area of Zone A North Dong Phu Industrial Park -136 hectares, commercial land area is 105 hectares, filled. Area B of Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park – 52.9 hectares, commercial land area is 31 hectares, vacant area for rent is: 27 hectares. Rent: from 65-75 USD/m2 depending on location (the above price includes: investment in infrastructure: roads, electricity, trees, sidewalks, premises...., financial obligations to the State). According to Decree 124/2008/ND-CP, enterprises are entitled to corporate income tax incentives at the following rates: Apply the tax rate of 20% within 10 years. The first two (02) years are exempt from tax. The next four (04) years pay 50% of corporate income tax. The annual land rental payable to the State will be paid by Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, the land leasing enterprise will not have to pay these expenses like other IPs. In addition, the IP also supports investors in carrying out administrative procedures related to investment in the industrial park with a reasonable and attractive preferential land rental price policy.
