(CTTĐTBP) - This morning (December 14), Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Anh Minh chaired a meeting to review and approve the project planning of Bac Dong Phu and Nam Dong Phu Industrial Parks (Dong Phu district) phase II. Also attending were representatives of leaders of departments, branches of Dong Xoai city, Dong Phu district and representatives of the consulting unit and investor unit.

Report of the meeting showed that the planning unit said that the land for construction of Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park phase II has an area of about 317 hectares, of which more than 132 hectares is in Tan Phu town, Dong Phu district and nearly 185 hectares in Tien Hung commune, Dong Xoai city. Based on the current status, the planning unit has approved the detailed 1/500 planning project. Including items such as: land use planning, green tree system, traffic, technical infrastructure, electricity supply targets, drainage system... The goal is to construct Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park into a multi-industry integrated industrial park, attracting industries that are non toxic, fire and explosion safe and noise in allowed standards...

For the planning project of Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park phase II in Tan Lap commune, including zone B and zone C. Of which, Area B has an area of 213 hectares, including land for administration and services of 5.64 hectares; Land for green trees: 28.5 hectares; Land for factories and workshops: 155.4 hectares; Technical infrastructure land: 2.26 hectares; Land for traffic roads: 21.4 hectares. For area C, there is a total area of 266.8 hectares, of which land for administration and services is 6.22 hectares; land for green trees: 27.35 hectares; Land for factories and workshops: 191.9 hectares; Technical infrastructure land: 3.85 hectares; Warehouse and yard land: 7.38 hectares; Land for traffic roads: 30.11 hectares.
