Total accumulated land lease in 2 phases is 173.3 ha of commercial land; phase 2 alone is 143,3/189 ha of commercial land, the occupancy rate is over 75%. In area A of Dong Phu rubber residential area, 1,183 land plots have been sold, annual revenue and profit are increasing. Mr. Pham Phi Dieu, General Director of Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park Corporation, said: 2 IPs on the road DT741 invested by the company attracted 28 FDI enterprises to invest and operate with a registered capital of over 200 million USD; attracting and creating jobs for more than 16,000 workers with an average income of 9.6 million VND/person/month. The company is applying to expand 2 industrial zones with a total area of 800 ha.
