I. Overview of Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park

Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister in the Planning on Development of Industrial Parks in Vietnam until 2015 in Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 with the planned area expected originally 250 ha.
On April 21, 2008, Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park was approved to adjust the planning area from 250 ha to 200 ha in Official Letter No. 575/TTg-KTN of the Prime Minister.
On September 1, 2009, Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park was approved by the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province. A detailed construction planning project of 1/2000 scale with an approved planning area of 183.8 ha.
Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park continued to be adjusted to the planning in the Decision No. 1921/QD-UBND dated September 27, 2012 and Decision No. 318/QD-UBND dated February 9, 2015 of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province, Accordingly, the Bac Dong Phu trade and service center was merged into the Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park. On April 19, 2016, Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee again issued Decision No. 906/QD-UBND on adjusting the planning of Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, converting a part of industrial land area into commercial and service land.
Currently, after many adjustments, Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park has a planning area of 189,053 hectares, including Division A with a planning area of 135,874 hectares and Division B with a planning area of 53,179 hectares. The total area of industrial land for lease in the area is more than 127 hectares.
Location
Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park has a planned location in Tan Phu town, Dong Phu district and a part of Tien Hung commune, Dong Xoai town, Binh Phuoc province. Zone A is bordered to the North by Thanh Tam Hospital, to the South by residential land and the existing dirt road, the Dong side is adjacent to DT 741 Road, the West is adjacent to rubber plantation land; Zone B has the northern boundary, the East and West borders with residential land, the South borders with Duong Dat

Power supply system: The electricity produced in Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park is guaranteed to be supplied from the national power grid directly managed by Dong Phu District Electricity.
Water supply system: Taken from Dong Xoai Water Plant with a water supply capacity of 20,000 m3/day
